This policy explains what we do with the information you give us, whether you are a clinic enquiring about our services or a patient who has responded to an ad we run for one of our clients. We keep it short and in plain English on purpose.

When you contact us or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your clinic name, the treatments you offer and your approximate marketing budget. When you use this website we also collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and the source that brought you here.
When we run campaigns for a clinic, patient enquiries submitted through an ad or landing page pass through our systems on the way to that clinic. Those enquiries typically contain a name, email address, phone number and the treatment enquired about. We do not ask patients for medical history, health records or any other special category data, and we ask our clients not to collect it through the forms we build.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
We use a small number of third party services to run our business, and your information may sit within them: Meta Platforms for advertising delivery and measurement, Google for analytics, our email provider, our CRM and form tools, our cloud storage provider, and our accountants. Each acts under contract and may only process data on our instructions.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for six years, as our accounting obligations require. Patient enquiries generated for a client are removed from our systems within 90 days of being passed to that client, or sooner on request.
This site uses essential cookies to function, and analytics and advertising cookies only if you agree to them. Landing pages we build for clients carry the Meta pixel and equivalent tags so campaign performance can be measured. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and doing so will not stop you contacting us.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict that use. You can also ask us to move it to another provider. Email hello@novellegrowth.com and we will respond within one calendar month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be sent by email.
